Intellectual Property
- All creative outputs, designs, content, and strategies shall belong to The Social Connect until the payment is received in full.
- Upon receiving the payment in full, the ownership of the final approved deliverables shall be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
- The Social Connect reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, social media, or website for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties will maintain confidentiality of confidential information, login credentials, strategies, and business information and not reveal them to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The Social Connect shall not be responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from marketing performance or changes to the platform.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice if:
- Breach of these terms.
- Repeated delays in payments.
- Involvement of unethical or illegal practices.
No refund will be made for the work already done.
